Due to societal pressure, the result is the sole indicator of determining performance in the school. Beside that, student lack of leadership skills too. Its may sound cliche,  but is crucial to possess this a must element in every student. Student are not good in english is problem to our education system. The education system usually taught students to read and write first before they start to talk. Lastly, we must remove politicians from Ministry of Education because education and politicians cannot mixed.

Firstly, we would like to point out that the education system nowadays are too exam oriented and only focuses on students examination result to measure students intelligence rather than considering other factors such as their creativity, understanding , knowledge and others. Teachers also should have the ultimate goal to transmit knowledge rather than focusing on how to make the students to pass each examination although we realise that examination is also very important. Teachers also should realise that students have different level of cognition and way of thinking and thus effort should be made by the school authorities, teachers and mainly government to make sure that not even one student are left behind in this lacking education system of our country. In conclusion, we believe that the  education system in our country should be changed in a way that it could benefit all.

1. School base assessment (PBS) system may be bias when evaluating students.
2. Several teachers should been given more time and briefing on school-based evaluation system especially on its procedures, in order to get used to the system.
3. Lack of competitiveness among students when PMR and UPSR are abolished.
4. These systems are burdened teachers because they have to manage their time to key in the data since they have to delivered the deadline.

* We focused to PT3 education system.

~Not effective plannning.
~The Education Ministry  must know that we were not ready for such a change in a 
  short period of time . 
~The system was change last minute caused confusion not only among students 
   but the teachers as well .
~Teachers have little to no time to teach students about PT3 because there is a lot of 
   work to be done, students were forced to learn some by themselves
~The abolishment of PMR
~The sudden introduction of the new PT3’s format is the main reason of why 
   many of  student did badly
~The past rate of PT3 plunged down drastically and only 83 of the 450 000 students 
   managed to score straight  A , to put that in to context only  five thousand of them.
~The grading system is ‘standard setting’ rather than ‘standard fixing’, which 
   means grades will not be lowered like previous years to get A
~There are many reasons why ths is happening and it needs to be stoped to ensure 
   the development in Malaysia.
