When i am feeling sad, angry, irritated or happy i usually do things that I love such as dancing and yoga or even I will just calm myself down by thinking about what I've done.

I get irritated really fast , especially when i am doing something important and i get distracted because of someone . I just try to stay calm and not yell at the person who is irritating me. But sometimes i either explain them what made me get irritated or yell at them .

I tell my mom everything to my mom about how I feel and that makes me relax a little. Then I calm down and stay quite.

The emotion I feel most of the time is happiness . I am someone who is very excited when I am happy . I feel really happy when I am practicing my hobbies , when someone makes me laugh , when i am travelling etc . I am really thankful and grateful to anyone who makes me happy . I smile , laugh and am in a pleasant mood when I am happy.

My favourite way of expressing feeling is through doing something I absolutely love such as dancing , singing , playing badminton etc . This really calms my extreme emotions easily.

I also share my emotions with my mom or my family. Especially when i am facing something sad or when i am angry . I also talk to my close friends. My mom and family help me relax and make me feel good.

I write. Mostly online posts. I sometimes share with close friends or family. If I feel very down, I talk to my deities or play Veena. I feel much lighter after that. I believe in Expression so my feelings are easily visible- we are humans and social animals in that regard. So sharing emotions is a beautiful way to connect with our fellow beings. :)

Usually, when I am irritated, I would grab my books and isolate myself. It's not necessarily a bad thing because the irritation might not necessarily be cause by people who are around you now and showing that emotion to them would usually hurt their feelings.
