Toast the whole wheat bread until lightly browned.</p><p>2. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toast.</p><p>3. Poach the egg and place it on top of the avocado.</p><p>4. Arrange the spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes on top of the egg.</p><p>5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.</p><p>6.
