4 of my project students joined a competition organized by the Oxford University Press. They worked on the 4 themes of wellbeing. They designed a poster - using their positive power including

• Give to others elements of Wellbeing. They were awarded with a certificate for their great work!

during the seminar, the participants shared their experiences and sought answers to several important questions. Romania's eTwinning ambassador Loredana Popa shared her experience of student initiative and shared leadership in educational institutions. On the other hand, Latvian eTwinning Ambassador Laura Lauksarga from Jūrmala Pumpuri Secondary School spoke about ways to more effectively involve students in the implementation of eTwinning projects. During the panel discussion, participants discussed the benefits and challenges of eTwinning Schools. New ideas for strengthening educational institutions were voiced, which included the formation of various support and like-minded groups. Teachers who are just getting involved in eTwinning had the opportunity to hear the experiences of experienced teachers.

One of the most important aspects of the "eTwinning Schools" workshop was cooperation planning. Beginners planned cooperation projects under the guidance of eTwinning pedagogy expert Liene Miller and eTwinning ambassador Laura Lauksarga. Experienced teachers together with informal education trainer Ieva Grundsteini discussed how to promote shared leadership in educational institutions, cooperation between schools, how to be a role model for other schools, how to promote students as a driving force for change, how to become inclusive and innovative educational institutions. As a result of the discussion, it was clarified what is already successful and what still needs to be improved.

eTwinning projects not only help to learn the mandatory learning content in an unusual way, but also help to develop various skills that are more related to non-formal education, so at the end of the seminar, the teachers learned various non-formal education methods so that they could work differently with their students. In a three-hour intensive workshop, teachers were able to acquire both theoretical knowledge and information on where to look for useful materials, and tried various methods themselves.
