         <title>MY TEACHING PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT PLAN</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Teaching is an exceptionally complex activity. It has a multiple aspects and several goals. By observing and being observed in the teaching and&nbsp; learning environment is the process of self development and quality assurance of teaching. Through this journey I had an opportunity&nbsp; of observing and being observed, giving and receiving feedback. This process engaged me in a reflection process where I was able to think deep about my current teaching practices and how to improve them. Some of highlighted takeaways are as follows;-<br>- the use of collaborative working methods in supporting student thinking and action<br>- the use of digital tools such as peergrade,thinklink, canvas and padlet and best assessment practices such as assessment for learning as well as assessment as learning. And&nbsp; how to&nbsp;do parallel planning. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
