My teaching philosophy is based on the critical thinking theory  which emphasizes enquiry based and problem based learning. Teaching is an exceptionally complex activity. It has a multiple aspects and several goals. By observing and being observed in the teaching and  learning environment is the process of self development and quality assurance of teaching. Through this journey I had an opportunity  of observing and being observed, giving and receiving feedback. This process engaged me in a reflection process where I was able to think deep about my current teaching practices and how to improve them. Some of highlighted takeaways are as follows;-
- the use of collaborative working methods in supporting student thinking and action
- the use of digital tools such as peergrade,thinklink, canvas and padlet and best assessment practices such as assessment for learning as well as assessment as learning. And  how to do parallel planning.

Guidance and counselling are crucial in promoting a positive learning environment.
