It talks about ways to answer the questions without being too personal and just talking about yourself. The way its being laid out is very helpful to read. It provides the question that is numbered with two separate explanations underneath. Under some of the questions there are special "tips" that can be helpful as well. Included in this very article, there are links to some other helpful articles that go with each question. It only focuses on that topic as well. It was very interesting skimming through those. Reading those individual articles actually made it easier to understand the questions.   </div>]]></description>

Other than just focusing on the job preparation, it says you should focus on yourself. I never thought about that or in that way. As a person you are getting ready for something that will allow you to grow as a person and in your career. Having the ability to get interviewed is a privilege, no matter how it turns out, having the experience of being in an interview can help out in the future. Being self-motivated is very important and can help you figure out what is right for you in the long run. There are other articles provided that can help you when preparing that really help out.  </div>]]></description>
