We started working with some German students,about wellbeing. We started with very simple activities in class,likeexpressing what we tought wellbeing was. As time went on,we started "analising" wellbeing,and what aspects of our life are considered it,for example;

we had a brief eTwinning session on how getting the right amount of sleep contributes to our well-being.

ITALIAN TEAM

We think that well being is a really important thing because it can help you to be more relaxed. One of the project we made is the 10 keys of happiness where every couple of students from Italy and Germany talked about different types of well-being.

In this project one of the most interesting and helpfull aspects where we engaged new skills, in our opinion was the fact that we always where in connection and linked with new peoples of our age from a foreign country.

For example this project gave us the opportunity of being aware about new themes like deep time or well being.
