         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bullying can be both physical and emotional. Often times, the emotional bullying can have just as much if not more traumatizing effects on the victim, "Non-physical forms of bullying can be just as traumatizing as physical bullying" (7).<br>Harassment is defined as, "... systematically bothering someone to the point where the environment becomes dangerous in some way" (6). The goal of harassment is intimidation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unfortunately being a girl means that I hear about a lot of drama everyday. This drama is even in the form of bullying. One of my teammates was constantly harassed by a boy in my grade. She had even when home from school crying because of some of the non-physical things he said about her. The situation could have been handled differently by having my teammate tell an adult sooner before her boyfriend punched the boy that was harassing her to get him to stop.</div>]]></description>
