In PSR I have a high school aide from Bishop Carroll so it is easier for me to teach my class and have my other students be able to pay full attention 
I will also be making my rounds to make sure all students are on track and understand what the point of the assignment is
-Non-Native English Speaker
For non-English speakers I will break down the assignment into a more visual aide and explain instructions using those visuals and showing them how to do it
-Gifted Students
I know that these students will finish early so they can help after they are finished
