This graph is very misleading because it makes seem like the amount went down after the law was put in place when in reality it actually went up. The number was actually lower right before the law went in place than after it was in place. Finally this is misleading because there doesn't seem to be a pattern when it comes to the time chosen.

This graph is very good because it clearly shows each country and doesn't try to hide the real data. It clearly states what the percentage means and goes purely off a survey they conducted. Finally this is a good graph because the numbers go from the largest percentage to the lowest.
