The Government rule and The Queen approves the laws, furthermore does the Queen open the parliament when they have a new session.

The Commonwealth is an association of English-speaking countries. Many of them have previously been British colonies.

In the House of commons there is a speaker to control the meetings, where just about 649 elected MP's discuss different matters, such as challenging the government and creating new laws.
