These are the 11 principles that matter most to young people. The Young Peoples Charter is one of the primary strategic objectives of the Councils building a Fairer Newham Corporate Plan.  From 2025 and beyond, the Young Peoples Charter will form a significant part of LBN whole directorates service planning, delivery and future commissioning. Directorates, its partners and stakeholders which will need to evidence how they are delivering against the Charters principles relevant that are relevant to them.
