3. The House Next Door by Anne Rivers Sidon- I want to read this because it's about a haunted house. Recommended by Carmen Maria Machado, an author I really like. I can read it on the NYPL app.
4. His Bloody Project by Graeme Burnet- Historical thriller presented as a true crime case (but it's fiction!). Finalist for the Man Booker Prize. I want to check this book out from the NYPL.
5. The Man from the Train by Bill James- True crime! The author actually solves the murder! I will purchase this book online.

I want to read and listen to all of these texts because I do like sci-fi books for the fist one. For the I FUNNY books those are comedy books which make me laugh and are really entertaining. I have read hatchet before but I don't remember what happens so I want to read that again. For the fourth one I listened to the beginning of the story and it sounded like something interesting and I have seen it all over YouTube.
