I plan to incorporate these experiences into my future trainings by using model lessons tailored to the subjects they teach. Before this training, I regarded myself as a good teacher since I could deliver my lessons to students. However, I realised so many things after the training including teaching and facilitating skills. Obviously, I considered how I could embed facilitation skills in my teaching to be a facilitative trainers as we learnt from the training.

The biggest success from this training was I could learn and practice directly what the contents were delivered during the training. The trainers prioritised safe and free learning environment for us throughout the training. I believe that everyone will be continuously applying what they learnt from this training in their mother organisations sooner or later.

Introduction:

My name is Maw Thae Myar, and I have successfully attended a facilitator training program. This training provided me with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to lead and manage group activities effectively. It was a valuable experience that deepened my understanding of facilitation and its importance in fostering collaboration and productivity in any setting.

Achievements:

During the training, I gained expertise in essential facilitation techniques, such as active listening, effective communication, and conflict resolution. I also learned how to do good learning objective and tearcher must to share objective with her student. It is one of my key accomplishments was mastering how to create a supportive and inclusive environment, enabling participants to feel valued and engaged.

Strong Points:

Active Engagement: I excel in creating dynamic and participatory discussions that encourage everyone to contribute.

Adaptability: I can adjust facilitation methods to suit different groups and contexts effectively.

Problem-Solving: I have a strong ability to identify challenges within a group and guide participants toward constructive solutions.

Conclusion:

Facilitator training has equipped me with a set of powerful tools that I am eager to apply in real-life situations. By utilizing the techniques and strategies I have learned, I am confident in my ability to facilitate meaningful conversations, lead productive workshops, and support the development of individuals and teams. This journey marks the beginning of a purposeful application of facilitation in my personal andprofessional life.

First of all, I would like to thank the community(LUA)and Trainers (Mon Mon Ei & Khin Khin) for providing a wonderful TOT training.

Before I attended this training, I don't know how to make lesson plan, Eliciting, feedback.

During this course I learned how to make lesson plan more interesting and attractive. I now realize how important it is to focus on students' need and involve them in the learning process. These methods will help me to create a better learning environment for my students.

The course also taught me the value of self-reflection .I realized that by thinking of my teaching methods. I can find a way to improve and grow in my society. I also met other teachers during course, which gave me the chance to share ideas and learn from their experiences. The training gave me more confidence in my teaching skills. I am very grateful for this opportunity and excited to apply what I am learned in my classroom.

After completing training with Mote Oo, I approach to facilitate in education and community development. Equipped with new knowledge and skills in participatory teaching, critical thinking, and effective communication, I redesigned my class to better engage learners. By incorporating interactive methods and local context into her lessons, I empowered students to take an active role in their education, leading to increased attendance and enthusiasm. I enhanced skills in eliciting also helped my facilitate community and classroom meetings more effectively. This experience not only improved my confidence but also had a lasting impact on my community, demonstrating the transformative power of Mote Oo training.
