Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner (27 or 25 February 1861030 march 1925) was an Austrian occultist, social reformer, architect esotericism, and claimed clairvoyant. he Obtained a PHD from the university of Rostock and was well known thinker, speaker and author. who lived at a time of great social upheaval and conflict his work aimed to create the condition for more cohesive and less fragmented society. his philosophy was to believe that young children learn with their head, heart and hands. his approach focuses on integrating lots of creativity into the curriculum.

as now days the education system is has advances and does not differ the gender or the class as his theory explain the school were setup for both working class and wealthiest background people at the end of wold war (1919), we are following the EYFS that represent his curriculum which considers children's social, emotional and personal development.

also in the education system now there is no segregation between genders, all children are given equal opportunity and kept together, this was implemented in Steiners's schools back in 1919
