특히, 발표를 준비하고 질문을 주고받는 과정에서 데이터를 활용해 문제를 설명하는 방법과 논리적으로 소통하는 능력을 배웠습니다. 이번 교류 수업은 단순한 발표를 넘어 다른 문화권 친구들의 생각과 문제 인식을 이해하고, 글로벌 시각을 넓히는 경험이 되었으며, 앞으로 다양한 관점을 수용하는 태도를 기르는 데 큰 도움이 되었습니다.

영어로 발표하고 질의응답을 진행하는 과정에서 언어 능력뿐 아니라 상대의 사회‧문화적 배경을 이해하며 소통하는 태도가 중요하다는 점을 실감했다. 또한 대만의 저출생 문제처럼 평소 깊이 접하지 못했던 외국의 사회 이슈를 직접 들으며, 국가마다 사회 문제가 다른 형태로 나타나지만 상호 연결되어 있다는 사실을 새롭게 알게 되었다.

또 나라와 언어는 다르지만 관심분야는 비슷하고

먼저 한국의 환경문제와 대만의 저출산 문제를 함께 다룰 수 있어 좋았다.

온라인 교류를 준비하고 참여하면서 과연 영어로 대만 친구들과 소통이 가능할까 걱정했었는데, 생각보다 원활하게 서로 이야기를 나누며 소통할 수 있었습니다.

대만 친구들과 각자 서로 나라에서 좋아하는 것, 궁금한 것들을 서로 물어보고 답했는데, 그 과정이 신기하고 재미있어서 가장 기억에 남았습니다. 그리고 얘기하면서 좋아하는 아이돌이나, 최신 유행 같은 공통점을 발견해서 신기하면서도 반가웠습니다.

것에 조금 부담이 되고 걱정이 되었지만

대만에 친구들과 얘기하고 서로의 나라에

상황을 비교하고 분석하면서 공감대를 형성하여

좋은관계를 가지게 되어 좋았습니다

이번 기회를 통해 영어가 원활한 소통을 위해

hope the audience can see that Korean culture is not only about K-pop and K-

dramas, but also about everyday life, such as clothing, food, and housing. I

especially hope they can understand that values such as harmony with nature,

health, and the importance of family and community are deeply reflected in

Korean culture. In addition, I hope this presentation helps people better

understand how the Korean Wave, centered on K-pop and K-dramas, plays an

important role in connecting Korean culture with the rest of the world. I believe

this exchange class with Taiwan can be a meaningful opportunity for us to

better understand and respect each other‘s cultures.
