1. Mollie had escaped and fled to the neighbor's farm.
2. Snowball thought in terms of group work, and Napoleon was more imprudent/compulsive when it came to decision making.
3. The two issues that the animals had decided between when it came to voting to have windmill or not was the increase in food production versus the construct regarding the windmill.
4. Napoleon took away the privilege to vote and protest away from the other animals.
5. The animals accepted accepted Squealer's explanation for Napoleon's change in mind about the windmill without any questions because they feared the dogs.

1. The animals were "rewarded" for their labor with rations in food.
2. Napoleon decided to engage in trade with the other farms in the area because he wanted to find a way to get parts for the windmill.
3. Squealer convinced the animals that no rule against trade with the humans

had ever existed by saying that human contact had never existed.
4. There were new bedding and sheets that were added so this meant that the animals could now sleep in the beds.
5. Napoleon had blamed Snowball for the destruction of the windmill.

1. It was important for the animals to conceal their food shortages from the outside

world because they did not want the humans or others that they classify as "evil" to know that the farm was failing.
2. Napoleon was able to convince the other animals that Snowball was a total

traitor by saying that Snowball was a traitor, working with Farmer Jones from the start.
3. Napoleon's dogs attacked Boxer without warning.
4. This was especially horrifying because the slaughter house allowed for the animals to be killed in horrific ways, in front of the eyes of the other animals.
5. Napoleon banned the singing of "Beasts of England" because the rebellion/revolution was already over, they didn't want it to be brought up again. They saw it has completed history.

Chapter 5:
1. She runs away from Animal Farm and goes to work pulling a cart for a man in town.
2. Snowball has plans to improve the farm, while Napoleon has no plans.
3. Snowball promised a 3-day workweek if they built the windmill. Napoleon says they will starve to death in they build the windmill. Build windmill or not?
4. No longer meet on Sundays to discuss, vote, & delegate duties.
5. The dogs growl at them.

Chapter 6:
1. They were rewarded with being able to keeping their ration of food the same because if they didn't work on Sundays then their food rations would be cut in half. They worked a sixty hour week and were forced to work a half day on Sunday.
2. This was so he could get the different parts needed for the windmill and to run the farm themselves
3. Squealer said that it was just pure imagination and that it is probably traceable in the beginning to the lies that circulated by snowball
4. The new rule was that they couldn't sleep in a bed with sheets, because that was what made it bad.
5. Snowball

Chapter 7:
1. So that people would think the Animal Farm was thriving since the revolution from the Humans.
2. when something happened they started to blame snowball since that's what Napoleon did
3. Boxer
4. This was because no animal had been killed before Jones left.
5.This was because it was used during the rebellion and the rebellion is now over.
