street wear

street wear in B.C is very popular, especially in Vancouver. If your looking for a piece of clothing your probably going to find it. The malls are huge giving you a wide selection. Its those high end brands like supreme, Bape, Givenchy, Vetements, etc. Now there are stores that sell those brands but there expensive. There is resale and retail the stores sell them for resell. Now you must be wondering why buy it from them for thousands when you can get it for hundreds for retail? That's because u cant get it for retail because retail is the price they sell it at the official store of the brand. Some items like supreme box logos, Givenchy sweater, Vetements sweaters, etc you cant get for retail because there sold out even in the official store, they usually sell out in seconds. Some stuff you can get in stores probably don't have much resale, the things with a lot of resell usually sell out in seconds. Sometimes they make you line up and some people line up for 2 day! Even if something is in the official store u probably cant resell it for much because if you could it would be taken already. People that can get the supreme box logos etc can make a killing usually making around 5-25 times as much. A Louis Vuitton x supreme sweater has a retail of around $1000 and a resell of $25000, some brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, off white have high resell but the thing is that there resell for some items is cheaper than resell! On the streets of b.c you could probably find some very appealing clothes/shoes!

picture of people lining up for supreme

There are 554,000 students and 81,000 schools. For homework you don't have any until high school or higher. I've had to do work at home and other people I know had to but that's work u were supposed to do in school time not work purposely for home, maybe it's different in other schools but it's like this in my school. The curriculum is kind of messed up in my opinion. Why do u have to learn history I mean how is that going to help you in the future. Maybe people will find you smart but they shouldn't. If we didn't learn history and you knew history they wouldn't care. The language you learn should be your choice. Schools are fairly easy to pass, there's no end of the year test to see if you can pass the grade. Universities I actually quite good. The average iq in b.c is a whopping 100! High school is actually sometimes shorter than elementary school, high school is 6 hours 28 minutes or 5 hours 48 minutes, elementary school is 6 hours, middle school is 6 hours 6 minutes

Royal Oak Middle School

house prices in B.C are sky-rocketing. My friend's parents bought a house in 2010 for $250,00 and right now it would probably sell for $700,000-$800,000, that's 3 times as much! Houses are also getting harder and harder to find. The most expensive house comes to $75.8 millions dollars! The address is 3085 point grey Rd it is located in Vancouver. Now would be a good time to buy a house because right now is the time house prices are sky rocketing so u better get yours now before they double in price. What some people do is buy/build houses wait some years and sell it, they would make a killing.

biggest house in B.C

B.C doesn't have much history compared to china which has history millennial's ago. B.C was first discovered in July 20, 1871 by Christopher Columbus. Over the span of 150 years there have been 29 prime ministers. Even though B.C was discovered only 150 years ago it dates back to 13,500 years ago. The name British Columbia is kind of ironic because the name was chosen by queen Victoria herself. The founder is the one and only Richard Clement Moody. The first building in B.C was built in 1865 the name of the building is clerk's quarters. the oldest person to ever live was 113, 334 days! That almost 114 years! That means she was born when B.C was only 10 years old (she died in 1991.)

Clerk's quarters

The most popular sport in b.c right now is Ice hockey. Even though they only have 1 NHL team. On the contrary the first sport played in b.c was lacrosse. Some of the best Ice Hockey players that grew up in b.c consist of Carey Price, Jamie Ben, Shea Webber. The Ice hockey team that I play for was established in 1969! The first Olympics ever held were in 2010 were Vancouver. The only NHL team is the "Vancouver Canucks"
Now they have won 0 Stanley cups but the Vancouver team before that "Vancouver Millionaires" have won one in 1915.

Majority of the people live on either Victoria or Vancouver. In the nineteen hundreds they had almost lost all of there ancestral land.
Some questions I have are
1.how long have the first nations been around for
2. do they have any machines or is everything done by hand
3. where have all of them gone?
4.do they celebrate the traditions we do?
5. are there first nations all around the world?

first nations challenge the B.C government in court
