In these four years, Hoka Base has become more than just a channel. It’s become a memory keeper, a confessional booth, a matchmaking service, a therapist's couch, and honestly… a place where strangers became friends, lovers, enemies (lol), and everything in between.

We’ve laughed at memes that only RPers would understand, cried over unrequited fess, cringed at thirst traps, and screamed when our bias got mentioned. We’ve seen tags explode, ships sail and sink, moots fight, and bonds form in the most unexpected ways. It’s wild, isn’t it? That a channel built on anonymous messages could hold so much emotion, drama, healing, and connection.

To the admins and bot handlers who’ve kept things running, much obliged for the patience, the effort, and the sleepless nights making sure the channel remains a safe space. For creating something that gave us a place to breathe, to rant, to feel seen even when our irl lives felt invisible.

To the silent readers, the frequent fessers, the chaotic replies, the loyal likers, and even the mysterious mutual hunters you are the soul of Hoka. Each one of you has added a thread to this beautiful mess of a tapestry we call our online home.

And to the friendships and relationships that bloomed from a random fess may they continue to grow. Or at least, leave behind stories worth retelling.
