Topic: Get comfortable being vulnerable. Vulnerability makes leaders be relatable and trusted. You can be vulnerable without wearing your entire life story on your sleeve. By focusing on a task that you're stuck on, and asking for input, you build trust, gain helpful feedback, and open dialog to new collaboration.
