It's scary so without support teams, it could be overwhelming for staff. I've also heard 'our learners can't do that' in terms of using digital / AI and immersive tech so clear support and training is essential

Just remembered this one! The SEND team shared this huge ETF resource about supporting different needs. It was great but 74 pages!! I used AI + Canva to translate it into one pagers which we share in a weekly newsletter. Planning to do some training and put posters up in staffrooms.
