1. It can be perceived negatively because it's "exhausting", since people resist change. Transformation is negative when "leaders often wait too long to act". As a result, everything is happening in crisis mode. To the contrary, it can be empowering and energizing when is done properly
2. The first is to inspire through purpose. The second is to go all in. The third is to enable people with the capabilities that they need to succeed during the transformation and beyond. Also, in the era of "always-on" transformation, change is a constant. My fourth imperative is to instill a culture of continuous learning. Fifth, in a transformation, a leader needs to have a vision, a clear road map with milestones, and then you need to hold people accountable for results. In other words, leaders need to be directive.

1) Regarding different conditions, transformation can be both positive and negative. It could be negative due to wrong approach. The one could be postoping the changes, resulting in bad-quality process, as if it happened under critical circumstances. People tend to resist changes, thinking of them as 'exhausting'.
2) - inspiring by goal
- getting involved fully
- providing necessary resources and skills
- implementing a culture of continuous learning
- having a directive leader
