Bible Canon is an organization that is solely dedicated to inform Christians or virtually anyone who is willing to know about Bible canonization; the disputed books, the reasons behind the disputes and many other facts to do with Christianity. They clearly state  that the formation of the canon of scripture did not come all at once like a thunderbolt, but was the product of centuries of reflection. Bible canonization was a gradual process and it is still ongoing. After the ascent of Christ, there was need to have all his teachings written down so that his followers would have written down rules to adhere to. Many people who followed Christ or came into contact with him at some point of their lives had something to say about him. Therefore there were so many pieces written about this man Jesus Christ and what he had come to teach. This brought about disunity amongst the believers because they couldn't agree on which writing should be part of the final Bible.

Different denominations among Christians still argue on the bible canon list. Some like the Catholics and the orthodox have extra books like Judith, Maccabees and wisdom, while most of the protestants don’t recognize these books.
