My second theory was when we found out Alex and Anna have the same blood type it makes me wonder whose blood was at the crime scene.. therefore leading me to believe it was Alex killing her for the benefits of insurance.
My third theory was that Anna was pregnant which would explain the distended abdomen and the throwing up and edema sweeping in her ankles. We found a Chunk of Anna's black hair above her head to the right a little bit. She had orange juice spilled over just to the right of her body. There were bloody footprints walking away from the body and vomit by her mouth. Anna found it hard to do daily activities without needing to rest. Anna always felt thirsty and used the bathroom frequently. Anna was diagnosed with sickle cell disease when she was a baby. Anna's mother reports family history of high cholesterol and heart disease. Anna was give a glucose tolerance test. No evidence of overdose and no evidence of non-prescription drugs. There is an injury to the right temple, including an open wound where pre- mortem bruising is evident. The ankles are swollen and signs of edema.Clothes weren't tampered with but there was blood on the clothing. The fingernails show substantial graying indicative of low oxygen. The right proximal humerus inflamed red,  injection sites on left thigh. No skull fracture, evidence of vomit in oral cavity, blunt trauma to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow. 
Autopsy Theory: I think Anna Garcia's death was a Homicide. I thing that she got struck in the head leading her to fall and hit her head on the flipped over table.
