This quote does not fit with American values. Taking what you can just because you are able to from countries around you is very conquering and makes it seem like you are going to run them dry of resources and that America is entitled to them simply because America is America.             The first two quotes are both unconstitutional because they are strictly against the constitution. The third quote is not necessary for America to take charge of a certain country.
