An example was in France with Luigi XIV.<br><strong><em>COSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY</em></strong> - It is a governament where there is a king but he is flanked by a bicameral parlament , which can discuss all the king's decisions. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>IN ENGLAND -</strong> <br>During the Charles I's period there was a <strong><em> civil war</em></strong> between the king and the parliament. After Charles I there was his son Charles II. When Carlo II died, the parliament decided to stop Carlo II's dynasty, because he was Catholic, and the parliament was protestant (Puritans)<br><strong>1689</strong> The parlament elected Guglielmo D'orange but he  had to accept the <strong><em>Bill of Rights ,</em></strong> before that he became king. </div>]]></description>
