Washington does not have any teacher prep programs so they have to. go outside of the state to get teachers to move to Washington State Really want IEPA qualified.

St. Louis has a few different college that have deaf education programs

how do we provided quality programs in rural programs in the state of oregon. we have an interpreting program in two college.
oregon has the same problem of getting interpreters and deaf educators from other states.

RIT problem that they did have any deaf teachers and a lot of teacher retired or left. Next they had a challenge finding LA deaf teachers.
