As President Woodrow Wilson presented the initial treaty, it was rejected by the senate because they felt their concerns were not "adequately addressed". President failed to take the senate into consideration and passed it, and officially ended the war.

The heart of Germany military had been destroyed. It lost all colonies, vessels and ended up taking most of the blame for WWI because of the destruction they had caused.

The league of nations was a group of representatives established after the wars to solve conflicts and disputes before they decide to declare war on one another. They had many successes mainly because they did not want their country to go to war, and did not want the blame to fall on them...they didn't do a very good job when it came to WWII...

Reparations/Economic Problems

Basically after the war countries were required to pay for the damage of the the war. As places didn't pay what they were supposed to, it caused an economic crash to Germany and Paris suffered greatly as well.
