Work Experience.
Moderately successful, due to Placement Officers efforts, however due to learner level, emotions and suitability for WEX in an Early Years environment, not as effective as desired. Intervention at week 1 and insistence that all documentation for DBS be produced before 6 week rule, with removal consequences for non compliance.

Disciplinary Procedure (Attendance)
First stage implemented following college guidelines with second stage invoked due to non compliance. Second stage meeting held with new targets. Learners who have not met targets are referred back to stage 2 manager and extension targets given.
