It helps me build relationships at the beginning of the term, but I have also found that I can always glean a little more if I review them again later in the term as well.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Your visual is great.  It does a nice job of capturing your conversation.<br><br>I really liked your comment about growth mindset. Your thoughts on how the book showed us that growth mindset needs to be more methodical rather then using growth mindset phrases as platitudes. We track how we assess content level skill so I suppose tracking how we help to grow growth mindset is relevant.<br>~Shannon</div>]]></description>
