- EAs should be involved in the construction of the Calendar so that they can have input from the ground level.
- All EAs need to have access to view the calendars as they are being constructed and changes are being made.  (Agreed to set up a group chat starting immediately so that when the calendars are updated Nicole can notify us).
- Event application form needs to link through to send emails and book rooms.  This is getting better over time.
- There is a need for an event/property person not for set up of tables and chairs but more for the finer detail of what is needed in the way of catering setup for tea coffee.  Would like to see an active support/property person at any College events.
- Look at Edval.  Is this the best system for us?  Is there something better out there.

- Counselling department to review current psychological screening tools available and which ones we should purchase to allow us to implement a consistent approach to assess student need and when to refer students to external supports. Move towards utilising online assessment tools.
- Identify strengths and challenges and look for professional development opportunities to address challenges, and have the support of OLMC for us to attend. 
- Continued involvement in networking with other school counsellors to enhance skills and opportunities for reflection on current practices.
- Current barrier to achieving some of these ideas is staffing.
