Οι μαθητές συνεργάζονται για να συλλέξουν εικόνες και βίντεο που παρουσιάζουν εφαρμογές της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης σε τομείς όπως η υγεία, η εκπαίδευση, το περιβάλλον και οι μεταφορές. Μέσα από έρευνες και δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες, μαθαίνουν πώς η Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη διευκολύνει την καθημερινότητα και λύνει σημαντικά ζητήματα, όπως η διάγνωση ασθενειών ή η εξοικονόμηση πόρων. We focused on situations such as:
– How much paint is needed to cover a classroom?
– Is it cheaper to buy apples from the market or the supermarket?
– Who travels a greater distance in a week: a student who walks to school or one who rides a bike?

The students asked these questions in Romanian to an AI tool and received clear, logical answers. They were impressed to see how AI can assist in everyday decisions.

It was a great mix of math, technology, and real life. The students were excited, curious, and highly engaged throughout the activity.

End-of-Task Reflection:
Through this task, students discovered how mathematics applies directly to daily life. By engaging in real-world problem solving, they strengthened their skills in the four basic operations and mathematical modeling. They also developed essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, digital literacy, financial awareness, communication, and planning. Most importantly, they experienced AI not just as a tool, but as a partner in their learning journey—helping them see that math is not confined to textbooks, but lives in the world around them.
