After joining this program I got know the ground reality. I was aware of the problems and the restriction that girls were facing because somewhere I was victim too but never to took a stand or opposed it. Being a Rajasthani have always heard early marriage, inequality, Eve teasing, molestation and many more cases around it and have faced many . But by this project I got to take stand and work for my and other girls rights.
People leaving in my community do give importance to studies but still consider girls less then boys. Girls in the community face discrimination, Eve teasing and unhygienic bathroom.
Through this activity as a mentor I have been learning to volunteer 10 learning community girls and cotton green community girls of my age. Bring confidence in them to take small small steps to bring a change. Help them to show leadership, communication skills.

Everyday I woke up with a great energy to work for something good, after a long time I have started doing field work. It makes me happy to interact with girls. I have been confident on making decisions and have been showing leadership skills

Now I’ve learned and experienced so much each day of the programme has something to reflect on. I enjoy the process and feel blessed for the opportunity. I learned that I can Be the part of the change, I can initiate, my small step matters, I always thought I am leaving a very difficult life but now that’s I listen to there’s problems I feel I have a much better life and I can help people to overcome theirs.

My moment of change is that, Before joining this i have done many activities like this but this is my first time working in a community and helping them out to fight for their own problem rather than neglecting it. After joining this program i got to know that there are many problems that girls face in her day to day life and how each of them see their problem. 
I learnt that each one of them have different perspective of thinking and have ideas and as  we communicate with each other and share our ideas, we get to know new things.
