Today, I learned that Demica Whitening Soap is a popular skincare product sold at Zufora Outlet. It is promoted for brightening the skin, reducing scars, evening out skin tone, and improving skin health.

Main Ingredients and Benefits:

- Niacinamide – Treats dull skin and uneven tone.

- Kojic Acid – Helps lighten the skin.

- Skinmoon – Enhances skin radiance.

- Tea Tree – Reduces blemishes and skin issues.

There are two types of KUFFEE:

All task reports must be sent to the intern Telegram group, including how many tasks were completed and whether each was complete or not.

In a month, staff are only allowed to take weekend leave once, and my request was approved.

This is part of my fixed Sunday responsibility, where I have to update the records and send them to the stock group.

Today, there was also an issue at the shop during a customer's QR bank payment. On the customer's side, the payment was successful, but on the shop's system, no receipt was generated, which means the customer's money is currently floating.

I had to handle this situation by calmly explaining to the customer and requesting them to make the payment again. I also informed them that if the floating amount is not refunded within 14 to 21 days, they can contact us for further assistance.

This system was introduced to make the staff's work easier, speed up transactions, and minimize mistakes during product price entry.

In addition, I received a new responsibility where every Sunday, I have to update the Excel promo item file to record the number of expired products sold by each staff member.

All tasks were completed fully.

This system is introduced to ensure more organized stock management and smoother sales operations.

In addition, I completed all my internship tasks, and successfully conducted a TikTok Live session to promote products.
