         <description><![CDATA[<div>P- There is a white man and a black man. The black man seems to have to go through many obstacles to get to where he is going and the white man just has to take the elevator.<br>I- This is referring to how it was a lot easier for white men to do what they wanted than black men. The black man has to pass the literacy test first which was nearly impossible<br>C- White men had almost everything handed and offered to them and they did everything they could without breaking the laws to make it hard if not impossible for black men to get the same thing as them.</div>]]></description>
