         <description><![CDATA[<div>- 10 players on each team (4 defensive half, three offensive, and three extra to go anywhere)<br>-4 quarters w/ 2 halves (one quarter 12mins long) note that older players lead to longer games<br>-face-off at the start, ref blows whistle, with ball on ground <br>-only goalie can touch ball with hands<br>-When an opponent has the ball or is close to the ball (5yds.) a player can body check them. A body check is a nudge from the waist/shoulders in the front. You can also stick check the player on the stick or gloves.<br>-players cannot enter the crease area by the goal<br>-when a player hits a ball off field, the opposing team gets the ball<br>-fouls lead to 1-3 mins out</div>]]></description>
