It was found within this video that the causes of Prohibition were especially unexpected, due to how America had been built upon alcohol. It was from here that prohibitionist in masse would campaign for the banning of alcohol because it could cause distress at home, unseen by the likes of the public. Along with domestic abuse anti-german sentiment from WW1 had rolled over into the present and German distilleries were targeted for the one of the main targets of hate. The end all be all that generally caused the passage of prohibition can be attributed to the propaganda campaigns that destroyed the reputation of alcohol.

It was within this video that the full inability to enforce and contain gangsters and speakeasies was fully unraveled. This is because the various government officials simply did as they please, as such they would accept bribes to turn a blind eye to what was unseen by none. Within this upregulation came the expanse of business which set the scales extraordinary to one side, making business an insanely prosperous economy and farms (to their own fault) fell heavily. With the hyper-patriotism that sprung up the Klu Klux Klan would be allowed to expand into the masses and would take hold onto the communities in which they would touch.
