Consider for example different time zones and a different native language.

In addition, we are also in different phases of our studies. It is therefore important that we take each other account at all times.

You are very dependent on external factors. Perseverance is therefore required to achieve the desired result.
As well as this, perseverance to continue completing work to the same high standards when the situations for people are so different is heavily used to make sure that grades are still achieved and we can still take opportunities like the COIL project up and use them to persevere with our work.
