The main purpose fore the Curtle is because a cat has weak spots its's predators can attack them from, yes they have claws but sometimes the cat will either be to small to do any damage or to slow to react to the attack. With the creation of the Curtle it has a turtle shell to protect it's weak spots like it's back and stomach. The Curtle can mainly be a pet but if they are released out in the wild it will have a good chance of survival because its weak spots are covered to protect it from predators.
