The place that in my opinion is one of the most spectacular is the Arteaga mountain range since it is a reason for many families to visit its mountains, which are usually covered with snow, especially between December and January. You can also enjoy the activities offered by the areas with the family (cabins with an artificial ski slope, family rooms and horse riding through the foothills of the mountains).
In addition, another way to enter the mountains is by mountain biking, rappelling, climbing or quad bike through some coal mines.
Finally, we will order the cities based on the minimum temperature recorded:
	Juárez City, Chihuahua (-23 ° C)
	Chihuahua, Chihuahua (-18 ° C)
	Saltillo, Coahuila (-18 ° C)
	Durango, Durango (-12 ° C)
	Zacatecas, Zacatecas (-11 ° C)
	Toluca, Edo. from Mexico (-8.5 ° C)
	Mexicali, Baja California (-8 ° C)

There are those who consider that Monterrey is colder than Mexicali, but according to statistical data in Mexicali the average annual minimum is lower than that of Monterrey. Both are also tremendously hot in summer, Mexicali has registered highs of 52 ° C which makes it the hottest in Mexico, or at least one of the hottest along with Hermosillo and Obregón city. Now, the coldest place in Mexico (it is not a city, much less a capital that is why it is not on the list above):
The Rosilla, Durango. In this population of about 400 inhabitants, there is the coldest climate in Mexico; with the forecast minimum being 6 ° C (being in the middle of summer). You can imagine what it will be like to be there one winter night. By the way, the minimum temperature recorded in that place was -26 ° C.
