         <title>Studying in Less Time</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First, I chose this video because I'm worried when studying that I'm going to forget the information even if I've spent hours memorizing it. The first tip brought up is spaced repetition, which helps you better remember the information you're studying by doing so over longer intervals of time. For example, I have a math test coming up soon instead of studying all of what I've learned in one night I can study it at different intervals. This would allow me to perfect each topic and move forward with the next one. One method I can use is the Leightner System. Every day I could study a certain group of flashcards, and once I've mastered them I could study them every other day. Then I could move on to a new topic to study, in its stead.</div>]]></description>

         <title>The Best Time to Work</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Second, I chose this video because time management can sometimes be extremely difficult for me. If I knew when the best time to do my work was, or if I had a set time I would probably be much more productive. I don't know if creating an excel spreadsheet on my energy levels is what I would do, but I could write it down. I would definitely look into the reminder apps for my work if I didn't use google calendar to keep me in check. I think keeping a set time for myself would be the best to keep me motivated. Overall, I think this video offers helpful information, but it's a little much to track my energy levels for two weeks. Then I would have to set a time for me to do that too.</div>]]></description>

         <title>The Quickest Way to Get Work Done</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Third, I chose this video because if I can get my work done any faster I will, especially if it's due soon. He talks about picking a good location to do your work first. Whether it be your school library or Mt. Everest, finding a peaceful place is needed. Next, the importance of each part of what you're working on is discussed. For instance, if I have a project due at 11:59 PM and it's already 8:00 PM I'm going to start rushing. I may cut out parts because I feel like they're less important and time costly, but as long as I make sure to get the vital work done, I should be able to finish even with a few hours left.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Time Management in Relationship to Stress and Academics</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This article uses a questionnaire to show how college students' time management affects their academics and stress levels. The study showed that students who are more aware of how they're spending their time are more likely to have better academics and lower stress levels. In contrast, students who didn't have a balanced work and study schedule showed high-stress levels and poorer academic performance. I chose this because it shows analytically that time management not only affects your academics but also your mental health. This fits in with the videos because it gives data on the positive and negative effective of having good and poor time management.</div>]]></description>

         <title>A Model of Time Management</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this article because it is a continuation of the previous one. The last article said that time management's affects were more complex than thought, so in this article they used a model to measure it instead. This model showed that time management helped lessen tensions and increase job satisfaction. What was interesting is that even though people were happier they were not any more efficient and time management training in the workplace did nothing to help this. This fits in with the videos because it shows how better time management makes life easier.</div>]]></description>
