The problem based on the figure below is map scale. There's no map scale on the map. We need to put the map scale to find the relationship of the map distance to the ground distance. 

2. From the figure, we can see the problem is no coordinate on the map. We need to put coordinate on the map to perform spatially accurate analysis and it also can help us to create maps. 

3. Another problem is digitising. The map has been digitize but its not digitized well. We need to digitize the map because it can helps us to define the position of the map. We also need to digitize accurately so it does not change the actual position of the map. 

4. The last problem is multiple input. Because of multiple input, it can make the layer of features overlay. To prevent it, we no need to put multiple input such as put to many road layers. We can put just one layer of the road to prevent the overlay.

2. The importance of spatial analysis in real world modelling is properly analyze and visually lay out data for better understanding by human readers and it also helps researchers more quickly understand the data and reach conclusions that are difficult to formulate with simple numerical and textual data.

3. GIS is essential to help on decision making on climate change forecasting because can help to easily viewed and tracked the place facing severe climate change. This can be used to make premilinary plan such as making preparations to move in the event of a flood.
