         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mesopotamia had many agricultural techniques that they used to turn Mesopotamia into a good farmland. One agricultural technique was irrigation. Irrigation is a system for watering crops. Another one was the plow. The plow was used to prepare the land that they were going to be farming on before they stared planting seeds.  </div>]]></description>
