Students as we all know do not like their uniforms so they surely do not wear those uniforms outside the school(on weekends etc), so these uniforms are not used for a long time. With this scenario they can be donated back to the school and students who are unable to afford new uniforms can purchase pre-loathed ones, with the money going to fund school programs.
And as school uniforms Australia are not so fashionable (or unfashionable),demand for them is very predictable and schools can easily sell them.In this way school uniforms can be helpful in funding education.
