We sell phone accessories such as phone charms, octopus silicone suction pads, pop sockets, phone stands, and McDodo charging cables. Our prices range from RM 3 to RM 20, making our products student-friendly.

Our business has been supported by students from UNIMAS as well as people outside of the university. We use Instagram and WhatsApp as our advertising platforms to reach customers.

Our goal for this project is simple: to achieve RM 100 in sales. We are confident that with affordable, practical products and the support of our peer network, we can meet this target.

However, we believe everything needs a process as this is a small business. Through the ups and downs handle this small business we develop new skills that we never imagine we need. We gained knowledge about financial management, including budgeting and cash flow which are essential in managing a small business. We learned to handle customer feedback as it is a fundamental component of our business.

Small businesses are always about teamwork and good collaboration. I am grateful to have such a productive and supportive teamwork. We managed to divide tasks and roles very well since the beginning of this project. This contributes to the effectiveness of our business dealings because everyone understands their tasks and roles. We actively discuss the direction of this business at all times so that everything runs smoothly, and problems do not pile up if they are resolved quickly.

Overall, this project has been an incredibly valuable experience. I have gained practical knowledge of business operations and feel more confident in my ability to manage small business. The lessons learned from this project will certainly guide me in my future endeavours.

My groupmates was supportive and encouraging the business to running smoothly. All the challenges and guesses we face, we discuss and try to solve it together. My friends always remember each other in preparing assignments and sending Unimas application forms and our sales updated.

Overall, this assignment make me interested in doing some business in future. It also gain my knowledge and information about business. Not only that, it encourage me to think critically to solve some of problem.

This project also taught me about time management and teamwork. I have to divide tasks with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the project, including poster design, ad writing, and online promotion, run smoothly.

Overall, this project has given me new skills in marketing, communication, and sales strategy. Overall, I am very honored and happy to work with my teammates.
