Before joining International Jet Aviation Services in 2011, Doug Strangfeld worked for 17 years as the vice president of manufacturing at Sunward Corporation, a pre-engineered steel fabrication business in Denver. Doug Strangfeld worked 12 years at the Englewood, CO-based International Jet Aviation Services before joining Sunward, where he rose from an airframe and power plant mechanic to vice president of maintenance. He simultaneously served as the president of Delta Alpha Sierra, an aircraft import and export company, for nine years. He began his career as a production test flight mechanic on 425 and 441 aircraft at Cessna Aircraft Wallace Division.
