I can see my self using Edmodo for my future classroom, but it would really depend on the parents of my students. I would want to make sure that they all had reliable internet access! I would also send home reminders on paper with my students!

For my students, I plan to use Google Classroom and Remind. I have found that these are the most common apps students currently use and are comfortable with. However, I would not mind communicating with students in different ways if they want something different! For parents, I plan to use Edmodo and Remind. I worked at a daycare over the summer and we used an app called Brightwheel. It updates the parents throughout the day about their child and they could communicate with us through the app as well. It was a great way to stay in touch with the parents throughout the day and the children loved it too!
