For instance, when we believe that there is a potential positive outcome, we believe that we can make that future a reality, and this therefore pushes individuals to do something about it. If we focus on the Need for Achievement Theory for instance, individuals have different motivations than others, therefore some individuals might be motivated to join the army, while others dont. </div>]]></description>
