The chase then resulted in the larger animal taking the smaller one prey, and following the capture, the bigger animal then walked off back to its home with its prey, and its next meal.

I think this because the smaller animals footprints are continuous and even which shows that it was unaware of the predator, while the larger ones have uneven strides. The bigger animal was hunting the smaller animal for either food or it was bored (probably the former). On the second card, it shows the 2 prints all over the place. I think they were fighting or the small animal was moving around in a certain pattern to confuse its larger foe (probably the last one). But it shows the bigger prints leaving the struggle. And there were no signs of prints of the smaller animal doing the same. I think the larger animal killed the smaller animal and took somewhere to be eaten. And then we move on to last card. There are just more prints of the bigger animal, probably taking its lunch to its den or cave or whatever. Or already at it and went back to its home or shelter to sleep it off. I think it's the first one more than the second one

The big one tried to sneak up on and jump the small guy, as is shown by the wider spread of his steps later on in the first card, but the little guy was already aware, because you can see the spread in his prints becoming smaller, meaning he was trying to stay low and silent. The big guy, however, when trying to jump the small guy, went right over him, because at first, their prints cross, and the fight doesn't start straight away. The smaller animal tries to run away as is shown by his footprints going sideways, away from the big animal, at the beginning of the second card, but the bigger animal catches him, and they get into a brawl.

I think that at first, the larger animal was stalking the smaller one based on the fact that the larger footprints seemed to be heading towards the smaller one. Then, there was a huddle of footprints, and only the larger animal walked away. The footprints seem to be weaving as the animal walks away, so maybe the smaller animal did end up doing some damage to the larger one. However, only the larger animal walked away, so we can infer that the smaller one has been eaten.

The footprints start to converge in the first photo, but once they overlap, the cart turns into a huge mess of footprints.

My hypothesis is that that larger set of prints on the right (in comparison to the prints on the left) belonged to a heavier and larger animal due to the fact that the prints were larger and darker in color meaning that the depth of the prints was larger. I think this animal was stalking the smaller animal as its prey. In the second card, we can see that a fight occurred between these to animals because there was a cluster of the 2 types of footprints. We can then see at the very top of the card that the larger set of footprints is walking off the page which I think this means the smaller animal was eaten. In the third card we only see the large footprints walking off in a curving line, leading me to believe it was injured in the fight.

I think the bigger animal is trying to eat the smaller animal. I think this because in the first card the supposedly bigger animal is approaching the smaller animal. While the smaller animal is making rapid steps to escape . Then in the second card the smaller animal and big animal are clustered together, suggesting that the smaller animal is trying to escape somehow, but it it might be too small to escape the bigger animal. Finally in the third card revealed that there is no longer the footprints of the small animal and the bigger animal has more lent steps than in the first card. This may mean that the bigger animal has ate the smaller animal, and is no longer in a hurry. This is the explanation for why I think that the bigger animal ate the smaller animal throughout the timeline of the three footprint cards.

My hypothesis is that a predator and a prey came in contact with one another. This caused the two to have a fight, ultimately having the predator eat the small animal. The reason why I think this, is that in card one, you can see the bigger animal getting closer to the smaller animal. (Based on the footprints and how far apart they were from each other, I decided there was a big and smaller animal.) In card two, the footprints got closer and all the sudden they clashed, and the footprints went all over the place. My best guess is that the two animals had a fight, while the predator was trying to kill the smaller animal. In the last card, the bigger animal's footprints walk away without the smaller animal. This shows that the prey probably got killed. This is my hypothesis of what happened.

In the first card, we see that a bigger animal and a smaller animal are about to cross paths. In the second card, we can see that their footprints are in a cluster, which indicates that they have been fighting. In the third card, we see that only the bigger animal has walked away, which indicates that it won, somewhat.

We predict that the smaller animal has been eaten by the larger animal. This is because the footprints on card two have come across each other and are fairly close. On card 3, the smaller footprints disappeared which makes us infer that they got into a fight and the smaller animal was eaten.

My hypothesis is that there is a small animal making the smaller and more rapid steps and then there is the bigger animal with the bigger steps. I think that the smaller animal was walking in till the bigger animal or predator started to chase the small animal or pray. Because the steps of the smaller animal were neat and in one direction in till the steps of the bigger animal came closer to the pray the steps became off balance and more messy. Then because the steps became a huge clump and very close to each other . I think that they must have been chasing and fighting each other. Then at the end of the clump the bigger steps start to leave. But only the predator's steps not the pray's steps.Because only the bigger steps leave and are more relaxed. because the steps are closer together. I think the predator ate the pray. This is my hypothesis for what happened throughout the three cards.
