         <description><![CDATA[<div>My career of choice would be that I want to be a lawyer for reasons being&nbsp; that Lawyers are among the highest paid professionals in the legal industry and most attorneys earn salaries well above the national average. While the median annual salary for all lawyers is $110,590, the world’s top lawyers pull in million dollar incomes.&nbsp; People become lawyers because they want to help people and aren't too worried about how much money they will make.&nbsp; Most of those people end up happy because having a license to practice law is an incredibly powerful tool.&nbsp; They can interpose yourself between an individual and the government, or between an individual and a huge corporation.</div>]]></description>

Most states and jurisdictions require lawyers to complete a juries doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the <a href="http://www.americanbar.org/"><strong>American Bar Association</strong></a> (ABA). ABA accreditation signifies that the law school particularly its curricular and faculty meets certain standards.</div>]]></description>

Lawyers must win the respect and confidence of their clients by building a trusting relationship, so that clients feel comfortable enough to share personal information related to their case.Lawyers must separate their emotions and prejudice from their clients’ problems and objectively evaluate the matter. Therefore, good problem-solving skills are important for lawyers, to prepare the best defense and recommendation. Preparing legal advice or representation for a client commonly requires substantial research. All lawyers need to be able to find what applicable laws and regulations apply to a specific matter.Clients hire lawyers to speak on their behalf. Lawyers must be able to clearly present and explain their case to arbitrators, mediators, opposing parties, judges, or juries. Lawyers need to be precise and specific when preparing documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)First day of working after graduating:<br>You can become a intern at different law firms so that legal internship is that it will likely help you evaluate whether a legal career is a good fit for your strengths and interests. It is hard to know whether you would enjoy any profession without seeing what professionals in that field do on a day-to-day basis. A legal internship would give you access to a legal environment, and ideally, by the end of the internship, you would have a better idea whether or not law school is the right choice for you. If you do decide to attend law school, previous legal internships can often help you form professional connections that could benefit you in your future legal career.<br>2) After gaining experience in the field:<br>You can officially become a lawyer so that&nbsp; Lawyers are in a unique position to help individuals, groups and organizations with their legal problems and further the public good. It causes for the greater good of society and help those in need of legal assistance who might not otherwise be able to afford a lawyer.<br>3)After having a few years with the job:<br>Judge because they must strive for the highest standards of integrity in both their professional and personal lives. They should be knowledgeable about the law, willing to undertake in-depth legal research, and able to write decisions that are clear and cogent. Their judgment should be sound and they should be able to make informed decisions that will stand up to close scrutiny. Judges should be fair and open-minded, and should appear to be fair and open-minded. They should be good listeners but should be able, when required, to ask questions that get to the heart of the issue before the court.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
